Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

5Payments

Practice assessments may require payment. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Tester.Ai does not store or process your payment card or banking information. Fees paid for assessment attempts are generally non-refundable once access to the assessment has been granted.

6Assessment Results

Assessment results are intended for informational and evaluation purposes only. Tester.Ai does not guarantee employment or interview selection.

7Intellectual Property

All content, branding, assessments and materials belong to Tester.Ai. Users may not copy or distribute content without written permission.

8Privacy

User information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

9Limitation of Liability

Tester.Ai is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical issues or decisions made by employers.

10Termination

Tester.Ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
